Premium Membership Terms

These Premium Membership Terms apply from the date this version is first published on intropals.net together with the Terms of Service. The seller is Afdalsoft Inc. (주식회사 아프달소프트).

1. Plans and prices

Premium is offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. On the website, the price is set by the country where the payment card you use was issued, as reported by the payment provider. If the card's country cannot be determined, the standard price ("All other countries") applies. The exact price, including any taxes, is shown before you pay. In the Android app, Google Play sets the price for the country of your Google Play account.

Current prices (tax included): Indonesia: 49,000 IDR per month · 349,000 IDR per year (save 41% compared with paying monthly); South Korea: ₩7,900 per month · ₩59,000 per year (save 38% compared with paying monthly); Lower-income countries (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Bhutan): US$1.99 per month · US$14.99 per year (save 37% compared with paying monthly); All other countries: US$5.99 per month · US$39.99 per year (save 44% compared with paying monthly).

Premium includes: Advanced search: language, interests, city, age range, recently active, new members; Start unlimited new conversations; Profile visitors; Read receipts; Hide your online status; Show your profile higher in Discover for 24 hours (3 a month); More photos on your profile (up to 8); Premium badge next to your name. Basic features, reporting and blocking stay free.

2. Automatic renewal

Premium renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at that time, until you turn auto-renewal off. We will tell you before a renewal if the price changes. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time in Profile › Membership; Premium then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund if you have not used any Premium feature. After you have started using Premium features, or after 7 days, you may still cancel and we refund the unused part of the period on a pro-rata basis, less a fee of no more than 10% of the price, as allowed by Korean consumer law. If the service cannot be provided because of our fault, we refund in full. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play refund rules in addition to these terms.

4. How to cancel or ask for a refund

Turn off auto-renewal in Profile › Membership, or write to support@intropals.net with the e-mail address of your account. We process refunds within 3 business days of accepting the request.

5. Safety rules apply to everyone

Premium members follow the same Community Guidelines and safety review as all members. A suspension for breaking the rules is not a reason for a refund of the period already used.
