Delete your Intropals account

You can delete your Intropals account and its data at any time.

In the app or on the website

Sign in, open Profile, scroll to Your data and tap Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

Without signing in

Enter the e-mail address of your account. We will send you a link to confirm. The link works for 24 hours. After you confirm, your account is deleted at once.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, messages, friends, blocks, profile views, sign-ins, app notification settings and the phones registered for notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment records are kept for 5 years and records of consumer complaints for 3 years, as Korean e-commerce law requires. Sign-in records are kept for 3 months, as Korean communications law requires. Safety records about serious abuse, and records of safety reviews, are kept for up to 1 year. They do not include your profile. See the Privacy Policy.
